High Level Photoshop and Instagram Picture Editing

I am looking to start a fashion related instagram that starts with outfit layouts as you will see in the first picture. I am looking to be able to take photos like this and be able to add in a background as seen in the second picture to give me pictures that polish and the ability to change backgrounds to go with the outfits in order to create a more aesthetically pleasing picture. I would then want that person to edit and send the picture to me ready to post on instagram. I am looking for this to be a working relationship going forward, so a person with great communication and time sensitivity is a must. I am looking to start with initially 10 outfits and have that number continue weekly and go from there. Please let me know what I might need (camera/layout wise) or what way you would approach this, as well as a payment structure going forward. Thanks.
