Experience Level: Entry

I need a video making as a wedding gift. Basically I've got lots of short little clips of people sending their well wishes to the couple and I haven't got time to edit them all together so I'd need someone to use Adobe Premier Pro or something to edit them all together (about 20 clips), maybe with a bit of music in-between and just make it look decent.
