Description
We are looking for professional photographers either established or looking for a way to start their business and interested in property.
If this sounds like you then we'd be delighted to invite you to come on board as a freelance property photographer. We work nationally and have work available now in your area.
Let us know your availability so we can adjust the order flow to suit you.
You choose where you work. On your homepage you can enter the post code locations you're happy to travel to and we will set you up with local branches.
The next steps... Please get in touch, let us know that you'd like to move forwards and I can send you some more information. Make sure you've got everything you need to start (wide angled lens, tripod, laser measure...)
This is a great opportunity to increase your income, workload and build relationships with some exciting customers that could see you with a constant stream of work in the long-term.
Best Regards,
Kyra

Is the laser measure a necessity?
Kyra B.05 Oct 2018Yes as most of our orders are for photos and a floor plans, so our freelance photographers all do floor plans too. We draw the floor plans up on CAD from your sketch, but you will need the laser measurer to measure the rooms of the property.
I hope this helps! -
You have written that this is a fixed price job at £30.00. Can you clarify what you expect for the fee? How many shots per property, are floor plans required, do you need editing after the shoot, is travel included or not ,etc?
Many thanks.Kyra B.05 Oct 2018Hi,
The fee is our standard fee nationwide for site visits to do photos and a floor plan sketch.
We require 20 unedited photos per property and a floor plan sketch. We edit the photos internally and draw up the floor plan on CAD from your sketch. The aim is to send you work locally to your home address, you can input post code areas that you are happy to travel to. Travel is not included, but can be negotiated on a job by job basis should the order be out of your area (generally if it is over 15 miles each way).
I hope this helps clarify things! Feel free to pop me a message for further details on the recruitment process.David R.05 Oct 2018Thanks Kira,
Sadly £30, after PeopePerHour take 20% and the tax man takes 20% you allow £5 for travel is is only £14, or 70p per image, so its not a job in which I am interested.
Thank you for the additional info though.
