I recently took the attached photo whilst on a trip to Monaco. However unfortunately it polarised horrifically leaving stripes over the bonnet from the wall. I have tried (but failed) do get rid of them with clone etc. but it just does not come out right. I was wondering whether you could maybe remove the 'stripes' and also possibly a few signs, people etc, as well as maybe giving it a Lightroom touch-up.
This photo is of some significance as it is being driven by none other than Mika Hakkinen.
I attach the original.
Please let me know how much it will cost if you are able to do it without making it obvious that it has been worked on.
The NEF file is too large to attach here so if I can get it to you another way please let me know.

Can I see the image? You can always try attaching a smaller jpeg to your post.
whether the photo can be fixed replies on what information is in the image itself, and how easily things can be covered up.
I have years of experience in these kind of fixes but I cannot say for sure if things can be done without looking at the image iteself.
Would you mind posting, or sending to me a jpeg of the image so I can take a look, and perhaps make a mockup of the end result..?
Just message me if you would like to discus it,
