Interviewer and Audio Editing

I need someone to "interview" me and record it for approx 45-60 mins. I will supply questions and recording needs to be done via skype. Then I need the audio file editing so it has a music fade in and out and summarising bullet points every 15 minutes.

very simple job - need audio file available in mp3 after editing.

Preferably a middle aged man/woman with no distinct accent (english)
