Quantity Surveyor

We are project managers and Chartered Building Surveyors and are advising a client about a new build residential scheme in London N20 and we now need to commission a cost plan from an independent QS. The cost plan will be based on architects outline designs which include floor plans and elevational drawings which have yet to be submitted for planning approval.
If instructed the QS shall complete the cost plan within 1 or 2 weeks of being instructed. The client wishes to instruct a QS in the very near future so early response would be appreciated.
