Experience Level: Intermediate
I have a list of jobs to be done in the house of which are as follows:
01. Cap off gas pipe above wood flooring and but beneath flooring capped off (you will need to be Corgi registered).
02. Service the boiler (you will need to be Corgi registered).
03. Screw down toilet to floor
04. Create 2no. holes in brickwork to allow insertion of electric air vents (Kitchen and bathroom)
05. Installation of 2no. electric air vents (Kitchen and bathroom)
06. Chimney needs capping off
07. Installation of an electric shower unit above bath unit going into roof space.
08. Plastering (125m2 approx.) approx. 48m2 of staircase plastering, scaffolding or solution to do top are of staircase will be required.
09. Guttering & Fascia Boards (Including 3 no. downpipes). All in grey upvc pipes and downpipes are approx. average 3m in height each downpipe. Guttering and Fascia board area is approx. 16m
10 . Clear front garden area and replace existing gravel base with a concrete base including any reinforcement required. approx. 3.5 x 2.5 x 0.3 (approx. 3m3 of concrete will be required)
11. Complete clearance of plants / trees in rear garden area (Cut back of boarder trees to right hand side of property). To the left hand side of the property clearance of all plants / trees and insertion of a 1.20m high fence (approx. 8-10m in length).
12. Concrete base (including leaving the area of manhole accessible and creating a area to leave access for the water meter). 2 areas required; area 1 is approx. 2m x 5m x 0.30 (area to be drilled out and create new base as old one is cracked, this area has the water meter access). area 2 is approx. 3.5m x 3.5m x 0.30m (area has manhole access).
13. Erection of a chosen shed

View can be done upon request and would be advisable, only available some Saturday or Sundays for viewing
