HI i have a project currently running, that is for the demolition of a existing dwelling and for the erection of a new 1.5 storey, i need a highly illustrative and nicely presented design and access statement. the planning permission sought is for a full planning application for a site based in Leicestershire, the borough council is Hinckley & Bosworth.
The site has a long list of planning history, it was rejected a number of years ago for a new build, but since then 3 householder applications for extension to the dwelling have been accepted. So now rather then extending the existing dwelling we wish to demolish it and build a new development.
i need someone to pick up the floor plans and site layout and design an write a creative design and access statement, i will provide one we have half started, and i will provide the previously approved application designs an access statement to refer to for site history. I will also provide 3D views and coloured elevations to be incorporated in to the application. I need a smart person to write and design a very slick document. you must have knowledge of the current NPPF to write about policies. i have referenced a number of policies in the document we have started, but this needs more detail.
I will also provide the previous application numbers for you to research online. Please let me know if you can do this?? i need it back by Tuesday 10th latest.
The winning bidder will need to be able to judge the site location, site plan, floor plans and elevations to write good justifications for it. I will provide all planning drawings to use.
i need it back by Tuesday 10th latest.
I can provide teh previously attached DAS for reference. but remember that this application is for the new build and not extension, it is a site with a great planning history.
I have some proposed drawings.
