Hello
I have a \'full planning submission pack\' for a 4 bed house which was submitted for one particular plot.
I now want to know if this desgn will fit on another plot.
I have done a rough & dirty measure-up on site and also using Promap and I consider that the design will fit etc. I have (in the past) done my own layout plans etc, but so I can get on with other tasks, I am posting on here.
It is a triangular plot covered in 4 ft high brambles and surrounded by 6 ft wide conifer hedges ... not the best scenario for accurate measurements ... hence the rough and dirty measure-up.
I would propose that you use the boundaries / plot size as shown on Promap and overlay the footprint of the 4 bed design etc. If the layout gets \'critical\' at some point then I can do on-site measurements as / where required.
This first task would likely lead into pulling together a \'full planning pack\' (using the design / plans I already have) and then later doing a building regs submission etc.
I hope above makes sense and I have provided sufficient information for you to bid, but if you have any questions or require further information please ask away.
Thanks
Graham
