Private property developer requires established architect/firm with experience in obtaining planning permission for new build residential schemes within London and, ideally, specific experience with Waltham Forest Planning department.
Site and context:
- Almost square vacant site of approximately 500sqm
- Cheney Row, Walthamstow, E17 5ED
- Site is bordered on two sides by a large site, which is soon to be under
planning for a contemporary multi-use scheme. Predominantly residential
area.
Requirements:
- RIBA stages A-D (submission and obtaining of planning permission)
- Design a contemporary residential scheme for the site to maximise
development value. Prospective development could be a three-floor building
with associated car parking and landscaping to include 8-10 flats (2 bed+).
