WP Theme Customisation

I am looking for an individual or team to customise my WP theme/website.

I have set up the following website: www.makemyfantasy.co.uk

To be clear on the work involved I am looking for three user interfaces:

One is the initial landing home page unregistered user. This should be a very easy customisation:
-adding logo
-remove search box
-add animation how to
-adjust some wording

The second interface will be for users that register as a customer, this will require the below features and facility:

-a tab "request fantasy" which leads to a proposal form that once submitted is sent to a market/listing for "performers" to respond to.
-a "current proposal" section which lists all the prior proposals submitted and tracks their progress.
-a "search for clips" section which will link to a catalogue of video clips that can be purchased
- a "message" section keeping track of messages, notifications/updates
-a "profile" section allowing users to update info, add banking information etc.
-a "my fantasy clip" section which stores all clips purchased

The third interface will be for users registered as performers:

-The registration process will need to involve an agreement as well as ID upload before verification
-a "view proposal" section which lets them view all proposals listed by customers
-a "current proposal" section which lists all proposals they have offered and in progress with
-a "clip store" which allows them to upload and sell clips in a catalogue linking to the "search for clips" section for customers.
-a "earnings" section showing clips sold, proposals completed etc. MI information
-a "messages" section detailing messages and notifications
-a "profile" section allowing users to update info, add banking information etc.

Other points:

-I would like the proposal system that links customer to performer to have an escrow feature similar to PPH. The WP theme I have features this plugin.

The above should give you a very accurate analysis of what is needed to be done on this project for you to price accurately and understand the work that is involved. Please also see the attached providing further details on the customisation.
