Wordpress Poloray Theme errors

I am on Wordpress using the Poloray Pro theme and have done for 8 years, the last few days AHREfs have thrown up some errors and it looks like they are all connected to my blog functionality.

Over the past 12 years I have been blogging constantly and have a large knowledgebase which is now not showing.

Yesterday the homepage reverted back to the 2012 design so looks VERY amateur, the thing is I can't seem to access the Theme Custom options, they are completely gone!

I tried: Deactivating all plugins, this did not work
Recativated plugins and changed theme to 2020 Wordpress - this worked fine!

Something is wrong with Poloray and I have been on the INKTHEMES support forum for 6 days and the developers keep saying "Have patience we are working on it" but I'm losing my Google organic rankings in the meantime

I have experience with Poloray theme
