Wordpress Elementor Assistance

I am looking for someone who is a professional and has excellent knowledge with Wordpress Elementor

I have the following issue

On the Rubbish Removal page ( https://www.samcoservices.co.uk/rubbish-removal ) , this is currently correct, I have a slider with a form embedded within the image slider for desktop use, and then on mobile use this hides and a form appears below the slider

I am looking for this image slider and responsive forms to be made as a template and then used for every page including homepage (roughly 25 pages) Currently every page has its own individual slider

Secondly, I could do with the website sped up a little as it appears to be a bit slow/glitchy, especially the image slider

Also any obvious bug fixes would be much appreciated

I do not want a new website
