Website Property listing/search page, plus property details page

We are a UK based estate agency. We are in the midst of changing our CRM provider to another - therefore the live data feeds that lists properties for sale to our website will be changing.

We are looking for a developer to not only update our "View Property" page and "View Property Details" pages to our new CRM providers data feed.

But we are also looking to use this as an opportunity to rebuild our "View Property"/"View Property Detail" page appearance and search capabilities to be more powerful.

Search requirements would include:
- search by "town, city, postcode"
- add radius to search location
- search by house price
- search by property type
- search by bedrooms quantity
- see results either in list view or map view

It would be great if you could let us know if you have integrated with estate agent CRM feeds before in the past, even better if it is the one we are using
