Website development - clear and concise brief

I'm a web design pph pro looking for a web developer among the community.

Here's the job -

website type - Social Community Site For Story Tellers

A site where users can sign up and create a profile and publish storyboards/looks to the website. Each story includes a image or video and a grouping of products.

Users should be able to search from a catalogue of products (catalogue will come from data feeds from specific retailer sites) on the site to help them build their story. Every product in a story will link to the product on the retailer site via an affilate link.

Users will be able to add their affilate details to the site so that 10% of the products they include in their story will link to the retailers site using their affilate id whilst the remaining 90% of products will redirect users to the products using the website's affilate links.

Users have the option of embedding their stories on their blog or website.

The website will have three types of user

#1 normal user - can create story boards, publish and embed stories on their own site. They can't add their affiliate details to the site. All new users will be assigned to this basic profile.

#2 premium user - can create story boards, publish and embed stories on their own site. They can add their affilate details to the site so that 10% of product on thier story boards will link to the retailers site using thier affilate id.

#3 brand user - can create story boards, publish them and embed on their own site. Their stories will publish to the homepage and an editorial page only for brands. 100%
of products included in their stories will use the site's affiliate redirect links.

My background is in high end fashion eccomerce design and I have good knowledge of web dev however this site is too big a job for me alone, so I would like to hire a dev with proven experience, live links to past work, and a great portfolio. I need clean coders - there's a good chance I could go in the code to add or remove things in the very near future so no bad code please. Only apply if you/and your team can seriously take on this brief. I will consider developers outside the UK.
