    Are you sure you need 2 website with 4 pages each will be ready in few hours and the budget for both is 30 GBP? You must be kidding. Freelancers please don't bid on this project to down your work value.

    4 pages using web set up programme with free images and all text prepared should not take more than 1 or 2 hours max.

    Poor budget. It may be £30 to you, but it's more like £24 to the freelancer. One of the lowest budgets I've seen on PPH.

    4 pages using web set up programme with free images and all text prepared should not take more than 1 or 2 hours max. The second web site is a duplicate of the first with some different images.
