Website Build - single page parallax

I'm looking for a somebody to build a single page website from a design. I've attached the design, which I also have available in .ai format.

I own the domain already.

This website does not need to have a CMS.
It obviously needs to be responsive on all modern devices and browsers.

Slight animation is required (I can provide further guidance on this). There is a contact form which needs to send emails to a specified address.
