It is a very simple on page web site with a little admin function.

I need this web site redone by a web developer that can make it responsive using bootstrap so that it displays on a mobile devices properly.

It is a one page web site.

The web site should allow the user to add their own version of the recipe including a picture, which is then added to the bottom of the web site. So the page will continue to get longer over time. It should use PHP and MySQL. To add a recipe the user needs to enter a captcha so that they are human verified. An email should be sent to the administrator with the new recipe including the uploaded image. There needs to be a simple admin screen that allows for the enabling of the recipe if it is verified as not spam and the image is ok.

The site needs to look great.

The site has to interact with all the social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter etc.
CMS and Admin requirements: NONE
Specific technologies required: Bootstrap so the web site is responsive.
