We need someone to create a template for 4 custom pages (in HTML) for our website

Description of requirements/features: We’re planning a Valentine’s Day campaign, and are therefore looking for somebody who can create a template for 4 custom pages (in HTML) for our website (www.myvouchercodes.co.uk). Please note that you will have to create only one template, as the 4 custom pages will be the same apart from some content. The pages have to be designed and built responsively to desktop, tablet an mobile.
Here is an overview of the campaign planned:
- We are creating a quiz called ‘Which love song are you?’, where participants have to answer about 10 questions to get the result
- The quiz result will assign the participant to a certain love song / romantic type (from A – very romantic to D – Valentine’s Day hater)
- The participant clicks the answers that describes him/her most throughout the quiz and when finishing it, clicking the ‘Result’ button should direct them to a customized page on our website
- There will be 4 customized pages, one for each love song / romantic type (A-D)
- These custom pages should contain:
o Header with a short description of your type and the music video of the love song
o List of deals and vouchers (categories) fitted to each type.
We want this customized page template to be visual and we want it to stand out from our standard pages. It should have personality and get the ‘type’ across visually. Attached is a very rough mock-up of the customized page template (please note that this is really just a very rough mock-up, as we want it to be much more visual and outstanding).
