An old client needs to make their website more secure as they've had some spam put onto their website, which I've removed through the CMS.
You can't update the user through the CMS (it was custom built in aspx.net for them a long while ago) so needs to be done through their control panel access. Can you update the username and password to be secure through the control panel access?
