Update to designer's existing portfolio website

General information for the website: Graphic Designer's Portfolio website
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 1 home page and 6 (same layout) project pages.

Description of requirements/features: I have a website at hannahcatmur.co.uk.

I have 2 PSD files, one with the homepage, the other with the single portfolio item page, the developer will need to cut assets from this to update the site. The website needs to be pixel perfect.

I will need to update my Google search description (example attached) and will need to be SEO friendly.

Each of the project pages should have hannahcatmur.co.uk/nimblemoney, for example.

There is an option on the psd to load more 2 / 4 portfolio items, when clicked, this will say, "view more"

There are two main fonts on the site - Baskerville and Museo Sans.

I will need my Twitter feed to show on the page.

Updates to the design and quality of responsiveness for phone and tablet etc.

I have attached low-res JPEGs of the finished PSD for the two main pages of the website.
