Update Bootstrap Theme

Hi!

Using the attached theme file, I need the following changes:

1) Upgrade to Bootstrap 4.5.0
2) Upgrade to jQuery 3.5.1
3) And be able to successfully run the following commands: npm install; gulp (i.e. so I can recompile the assets).

Please provide back the same .zip file with all the source files. And I need output that the compilation (#3 above) works. And I need a changelog of the files changed and line items.
