The Bunion Doctor Web design, not build

I have a web builder but need a web designer to guide the web builder to create the correct design and feel for the site. The site is a medical one, for patients interested in learning more about bunions and treatment including surgery. The feel should be lifestyle and aspirational, rather than clinical. Strap lines include - Pain free feet, wear the shoes you want to wear, return to the activities you want to do, faster recovery.

The audience are predominantly females in 50's but can be 20-80 years old.

The project includes defining a colour scheme, layout of the entire site including but not limited to positioning /look of video, buttons, pictures and text.

Making the site flow from page to page with call to actions. Suggestions / advice on the type of images / media to use. You will be liaising with the web builders via Base Camp to direct them on your suggestions. I have a logo.
