Squarespace website - simple and slick

Num. of web pages/modules: 10
Description of every page/module: I'd like someone with experience of Squarespace (I'll want to see samples/references) to pull my website together for me. A very simple Squarespace site (template is 'Om') to replace my current Wordpress site (www.louisewakefield.com)

It needs to have:
a 'home' page
a 'work' cover page leading to 'current' and 'completed' sub pages - there will be 9 projects in the 'completed' folder and 3 projects in the 'current' folder. Each project to be simply listed as they are on the wordpress site
an 'about' page - a small photo and minimal amount of text
a 'contact' page
a 'client area' - this would ideally be an area for existing clients so they can login to view schemes and projects as they develop. They would be given a password and login details. THIS COULD COME LATER. It is not essential in the initial build - I may want to add it in August, so there's no need to include it in this initial commission

some inspiration could be found at www.berdoulat.co.uk - they are partners with me in a current project, and i will be mentioning them as such
Description of requirements/features: If you can build and prepare the site for me, i can then upload all the images myself, so it really is just a case of getting me started and setting me on my way with it. I have already started the site and template

I would like it to have links on each page to my Tumblr site (beware things.tumblr.com) and my pinterest boards (www.pinterest.com/louwakefield).

Ideally you are based in the UK and have a decent eye for design - minimal, slick, no fancy gadgets or words. I literally just want it as plain and easy to view as possible. No blog (that's what the tumblr site is for). it's really just a portfolio of my work
CMS and Admin requirements: SquareSpace template 'Om' - i have already signed up and started the site, but i'm not finding it as easy as i hoped and don't have time to get it sorted, so i'd really like someone to get it up and running for me and then help me transition the technicalities (server, host functions etc) over to Squarespace
