Shopify Expert needed to build Gift Certificate marketplace website on Shopify

Hello,

I am trying to build a website like : www.raise.com.

I need a shopify expert to create a website on the Shopify platform which will be for buying Gift Certificates from Various vendors. Gift certificates of various values will be created by the website admin for Spas, Salons, Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques etc and only the website Admin can create and upload this Gift cards.
Customers can purchase the Gift Cards either for themselves or as a Gift for others. The Gift Certificate code will be sent as Email and SMS notification to the end user and Email and SMS notification to the vendor as well. The end user goes physically to the Vendor's location to redeem the certificate.

Think of this website as a marketplace for the sale of Gift Certificates. Reference website is : www.raise.com
