Responsive bootstrap page to show image thumbnails from imgix

I would like a responsive single webpage which can be populated with a grid of thumbnail JPEG images that will be supplied on the fly.

Ideally this web page could be modified by the user to alter the height of the thumbnails with a slider but that is not critical.

I will build an app to provide images via imgix on the fly https://sandbox.imgix.com/ and serve up to a bootstrap page. Bootstrap can handle the responsive grid http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid I just need help putting them together please in a template that I can then reuse and repopulate.
