Research Commercial Real Estate Industry Terms & Jargon

My clients & customers are always looking to rent/lease or buy/sell space for their business and it’s well worth knowing some of the common terms that are used widely in the commercial real estate industry so that the real estate agents and my customers are talking the same language.In short I basically want to educate my clients on most commonly used commercial real estate industry terms and jargon.

What I need from you?

1.) A list of (commercial real estate industry) terms which are searched most often on Google and other search engines. For example: Escalation Clause, Gross Lease etc. Please provide monthly organic search volume for each even if its less than 10.

2.) Tips & latest recommendations laid by Google on writing content so that I can gain featured snippets or direct answers in search results that provide content sourced from my website.(See screenshot for example from my competitor's website).

What I don't want

List of generic keywords like 'how to sell my business" or "commercial property for sale" etc...

- I am based in Melbourne Australia, so I need this done for Google Australia only.
- Include terms which are common to both residential & commercial real estate industry.
