Redirects for a Site with 5000 products, but only need 1000 live

I would like to redirect traffic from my old site to my new site. The old one had around 5000 products, the new one has 1000. For the 1000 that remain live, I'd like to redirect directly to the new product page, for the others, just to the category page.

All other pages, contact, about is etc must also be pointed in the right direction. I have had ranked quite well in the past on Google and I want a seamless move as not to disrupt traffic.


Please provide a cost for this job
