I am a business operating in the short term lettings market. I need an online property marketing tool for businesses that offer self catering and serviced apartments for rent.
The initial functions I would require are listed below, I need advice regarding what backend management systems I would also require.
1. agents to be able to load their property onto the website, facilities for tenants to be able to email enquiries to agent. I would like to be able to monitor this data
2. the property search facility for tenants and facility to pay/reserve accommodation on line.
