Programmer/designer to create dashboards with a link to Xero accounting using API

General information for the website: We are a project management company that needs a dashboard linking to Xero providing project P&L
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: max 5
Description of every page/module: Page one:- Selection page to filter by client, project date range, project status or select specific project
Page two:- filter returns results as bar chart showing projects cost element and gross profit element on a single bar in two colours.
Page three:- Click on a bar and the next page shows a full project breakout of the sales invoices, supplier invoices and purchase orders. This page can be exported to either a PDF or CSV/XML
Description of requirements/features: We require the site to be easy to use, graphics such as bar charts/pie charts...typical dashboard elements. While the Description is in pages, pop-ups would be fine.

Extra services needed: Installation, 3rd party integration
Specific technologies required: Knowledge of Xero to link to their database. Knowledge of MYSQL to link to our internal project database. Beyond these two specifics, and software is fine.
