Professional, crisp and clear business website required for technology company

We require a 4 or 5 page website for our technology start-up business. We wish to have to amend the website as we develop, post news, case studies etc ourselves. Looking for something that is simple but professional. Timescale is key. I'd like to have the website up in 7 days maximum.
We will require further web work as we develop and clearly a successful outcome to this project will put the person in a strong position for that future work.
