I currently have an opencart website on a server package with IONOS.
The site has an issue which is causing the server to run out of memory amd create fatal errors.
The technical helpline at IONOS informs me that this is a PHP / DAtabase issue which needs a developer to repair. I have set the budget at £50 as I have no idea how long this will take. If it requires further funding I will need some idea of what this will be but have assumed that £50 would be sufficient to diagnose the issue

Try clearing/deleting the vqmod cache. This can grow over time and gradually make the site slower and slower causing memory issues. File location public_html/vqmod/checked.cache - just delete it and see if that helps
