Optimise my website on-site

Description of requirements/features: Hi All,
I am looking for someone to optimise our website. The site in on iPage and we would provide FTP access.
1. Do onsite diagnosis and correct issues for desktop and mobiles so that the website is fundamentally correct.
2. Instead of home page www.biopharmavantage.com the site shows http://www.biopharmavantage.com/index.html
3. Also I assume the website should not be http://biopharmavantage.com/index.html i.e. without www?
4. Do general check etc but no SEO optimisation. We have SEO and ranking program in process, so you need to make sure the on-site things don’t affect off-site work
5. Submit to google, bing etc
6. Time: 2-3 days
