    Description

    Experience Level: Intermediate
I'm a freelance 3D animator / video producer active in the Netherlands for 8 years. My current website is from 2003, so it%u2019s time to completely renew it. I bought a flash/html template that I%u2019d like to have tweaked to my specific needs.

    The template is:
    http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-templates/14880.html

I already modified the original PSD%u2019s that came with the template. You can find them here:
    ftp://client:oddballG@213.148.238.78/array1/client/OG_website_2008

Those modifications are to be applied to HTML and flash.

This is what I have in mind:

%u2022 At the root on the website a choice between HTML or Flash and English or Dutch.

%u2022 I want to have a database for the portfolio where I only need to copy a jpg to an assigned folder for the website to be updated accordingly. Because not all images have the same aspect ratio (vertical dimensions may vary) the buttons underneath have to slide down or up according to the dimensions of the loaded jpg. The title of the JPG is the title that appears on top.

%u2022 On left side of portfolio page 3 showreel buttons. Title of showreel goes underneath button and is the file name under the assigned showreel folder. A video playing interface is required, integrated in the interface like the jpg%u2019s are.

%u2022 Also for the news I%u2019d like to have a database where per news item I would only have to upload two txt files (Dutch and English) and a little icon. The name of the icon determines the title of the news item. Subscribe speaks for itself.

%u2022 I want to have a client log in. I%u2019d like for clients to type in the project code and be presented with an html interface for an ftp. I would create a folder on the ftp with the project code. The password would be the same as username (the project code)
I hope I was clear enough.

If there are any questions post them on the project clarification board.
