New website theme

I have a self hosted website food blog running genesis. There are a few changes I would to make.
I am looking to upgrade or update my food blog. I have a self hosted Wordpress child of genesis and I want to keep that. I just have a few changes to make.

1) add a post signature
2) change my background to solid or faint pattern in a pastel.
3) make an automatic slider under the header showing random recipes (5)
4) put my search, subscribe, media, category and archive widgets in a box matching my theme color.
5) put my policies page in a tabbed widget in my footer. (5)
6) create a banner/logo in the header that says. Marilyn's Treats. A party without cake is just a meeting~ Julia Child maybe add clipart with spatulas or rolling pin crossed. I like my current font
7) create matching social icons. (6)

I now use Easy Recipe Plus and like that. I have created a visual recipe list. I do not plan on trying to monetize my blog, or fill it with every food gallery I belong to. I am simply looking to grow a faithful audience and share my recipes. I am willing to compete with the big girls for an audience share and maybe write a cookbook. I occasionally do my own giveaways to add to my social sites and mailing lists.

Is this doable? Can you approximate a cost? I have no urgency. I can.'t think of anything else you may want to know.
