Need help setting up local host to edit HTML website files - 1hr - Needed today

I have got my HTML website files but need help in setting up a local host (I have a Mac computer) so I can start editing my files.

I have already downloaded http://www.mamp.info/en/ as my local host so I can view the PHP files in my local computer. But I need help in how to upload my HTML files, view and how to upload edited HTML files to my server.

This will take almost 1 hour of your time only so wanting to pay an hourly fee of £10 for this.

I need you to be available right now, on Skype to consult/share screen or give me step by step instructions.

You must have good English.
