Need a website made with ability to personalised phone cases real time

General information for the website: SELL PERSONALISED PHONE CASES
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: he core function of the site is to allow customers to design their own phone cases in real time.. They will be able to use their own images on the case.. They will import them from their the computer/phone/I pad/facebook/instagram etc.. They can use as many images as they want.. Each image they can rotate.. flip..Stretch.. They will be able to ghost the image..Choose a background color to the the case if they want.. be bale to upload txt onto the case and choose different variations of fonts and colors.. I will have a set library of images uploaded by myself which the customers can use to upload onto the case aswell..
Aswell as custom cases I will be doing custom vinyl wrap for the cases.. so same features as the case but instead it will be a sticker..

there will be various devices which for templates will be made.. 10-15 devices will be available on the site for customers.. eg.. I phone..I pad.. Galaxy s3 laptop etc.. Please note I should be able to add new devices in the future fo customers to desgin on. once the customer submits the order the template for the order with customers design will come straight to me ready to print... most likely in a photoshop file so there wont be any need for me to recreate the design again..
I also will have pre designed cases by myself for sale on the site which customers can buy as they are or have a option of being able to importing the design to the custom area and being able to alter it as in adding images and txt to it.

One of the main features needs to be done is the site needs to be integrated with eBay.. I have a current number plate site which does this but its offline.. I will paste a link of another company using same principle but its number plates instead so you can get a idea of how it works..

Other then the custom cases and skins I would want tabs/sections for products customers can buy..eg.. pre designed cases which they can simply add to basket along with other accessories like leather cases phone chargers etc.. these sections should be able to allow me to upload new products when need be..

This is basic brief of what I need doing.. other things like web design and maybe some flashing images incorporated tot he site to make it look good.. I will attach some sites which offer same service already so you can get a idea of how it will look and work
