My website has been hacked and 2 unwanted URL's have been added, I need these removed

Description of requirements/features: Hi I run a wordpress website (www.shoutoutuk.org) and I just got this message from goggle:

Hacking suspected: http://www.shoutoutuk.org/
Unfortunately, it appears that your site has been hacked.

Can you please sort this out and then look at my back end and clean up the coding in general + help speed up the site. No changes to the front end, just removal or hack and general clean and 'tune-up' of sorts.
