Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am currently using a CRM system to do recruitment. I send around 7,000 bulk emails a day to diffrent contacts throughout UK. My CRM system commands my Microsoft outlook to send the emails out and it has been extremely slow it loads all the emails into outlook, outbox and slowly sends all the emails from the outbox one by one/very slowly throughout the day. I am using peppipost shared server (SMTP) with over 200,000 email credits a month but at this rate if I constantly send emails I won't even be able to get 50,000 emails out a month as it sends them out so slowly compared to my last company which sent them out rapidly, for every one email I send my last companys server was able to send over 50 emails and that is a massive difference.
Before starting up my own business the last company i worked for had some sort of backend system where they can send bulk emails to 6000 contacts in one go, this will appear in the Microsoft outbox for a millisecond and then it sends them out immediately. With my current system it will load all of the 6000 contacts into the outbox and send them out slowly one by one, day-to-day pending on the size of of the email recipients. Some clients will get my emails at 1 a.m due to the back log from the size of my emails when I sent it at 4pm. Why is my Microsoft outlook doing everything so slow and clogging itself up to the point I'm not even receiving incoming emails on the applicantion? Most of the email still do come in through on the web version But not on the office application? I feel like it's synchronising everything, but doing it wayyyyyyy to slow.
As I said above I am using a shared server called peppipost and iv also noticed after waiting so long for the emails to send out they DO get delivered but most of my clients tell me it's gone into junk emails why is this?
I need someone who knows this problem or has had a similar problem in the past so a brief explanation as to why this is happening and what the solution is will make you stick our for my project.
I am genuinely very desperate to get this sorted and please only respond if you know how to resolve all my issues immediately, I'm not looking for anyone to test the waters and potentially sort it out, I need someone who can 100-percent sort this out immediately. I do education recruitment and September is a busiest month of the year so I can't wait around to get this sorted.
I am happy to send videos of how my emails send outs on my current setup compared to my ex employers set up. I'll happily send you this upon request.
Please get back to me as soon as possible as I am very desperate to get this sorted as soon as possible!
Thanks.
I look forward to your response.
Thanks
