General information for the website: We need to take our job sheet online using a Web App
Description of requirements/features: We require the production of a web application to record data from jobs for an Executive Chauffeur company.
The application is required to convey data back and forth between both an administrator and a driver of the job in hand.
Initially fields will be filled by an administrator upon creation of the job. Once the job has been started the driver will need to fill in further fields of data, which will then go back to the administrator. After filling in some remaining fields the administrator then completes the job.
Once the job is complete the data should be accessible in a database along with other jobs. Each job, and the whole database should be exportable (in pdf format or other). It would also be helpful if the database fields can be sortable / searchable.
Some key points;
• The job is activated by an administrator on a computer where initial fields are filled.
• The job is sent to the driver (to a mobile device) where further fields of data are filled.
• The job is then sent back to the administrator to fill in some remaining fields before completing the job.
• Each job, and the whole database should be exportable (in pdf format or other).
• The application must be mobile friendly (or at least for the use of the driver).
• The database should store all information so the administrator can search previous jobs.

Appendix 2.1 - A completed form (Yellow fields are inputted by administrator, Red fields are inputted by driver).

App - How the list of fields should appear on mobile devices.
A mobile UI will be provided to the developer. This will be a general style of the input fields and website design.
I am looking to work with UK based developers only as a phone call will be required. Ideally this project will be complete in a couple of weeks.
