Mailchimp Intergration

This is a two part job:

Part 1 - I am looking for someone who can code a script which will sync a mysql database with mailchimp. It must support merge fields that exist within the database automatically (Without updating the code). It must be able to add new members, remove ones that no longer exist in the database and update the details on existing ones. It must also respect the subscribe/unsubscribe status in mailchimp and update the database with its value. If any other data is different in mailchimp such as names or addresses, this can be overridden with the database value.

Part 2 (No mailchimp relation) - I need the database table to be outputted into a table which is editable by the user, so they can update the values of the fields. This should then update in the database automatically via ajax. There should also be a form to add new entries to the database.

Need completing ASAP so please give me a timeframe.

There is no need for a framework/wordpress with this project.
