Joomla / RS Form work

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We are an online yellow pages and shopping directory. We currently have two ways of adding Data to out website.

1. is via a front end form using RS form Pro

2. Is via a custom form built in our admin area. I want to replace the custom form with pretty much the same form we use as the RS Form.

3. We also have a custom filter and custom create field page in our admin section. The Create field page needs to be deleted as this will not be used any more as we will be adding fields via RS Form, and the custom filter needs to be modified that it now shows newly created fields that we create in RS Form

1. Replace the current custom add listing page :

with the RS form

http://businesspages.ie/administrator/index.php?option=com_rsform&view=forms

2. When this is done then i will add fields via this form. I need the fields to show in the "Associate field" box here.

These new fields will show on the edit page as well.

I think its best we only create one form.

This form will need a check box that says

Admin [Box] Front End [Box] and this will then either display the field on the either the front end or both.

i.e field "Website Affiliate" is currently only shown in admin.

3. Once the above is done we would remove the admin page "Fields" as we would not be creating fields here.
