I want a website designed for my new editing business

General information for the website: Performs academic proofreading and editing services
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of requirements/features: I need a logo and style/brand designed and a website to go with it.

The website should have the following on it:

Home page - brief intro/overview of services
Detailed pages on all services - proofreading, copyediting, reference reformatting, preliminary peer review, writing, rewording (I can write a description for these, but may need some suggestions on making it search engine friendly)
Pricing page
Testimonials page (feedback)
Contact page - as well as simple queries this should allow the client to upload a document, select the services they require, and request a quote.
Integration with social networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn as the main ones)
Blog page

I'd like to have the option to edit the pages myself at a later date.

I would like a domain purchased and all hosting set up (cheaply please) but would like to manage it myself later down the line.

It would be great to have the option to send mass mailings from the site, although if that is pricey I can use mail chimp.

An email template would be great to match the web design.
