I have my current website already processing orders for online bingo books via shopify, but I currently have to manually send out the individual bingo books to each customer.

I want to make this automated and have noted that a competitor has its automated by using Send Owl to email out the automated message to customers contenting a unique url download link for their bingo books. This unique link seems to be linking to pdfs created to this individuals own website.

I think I therefore need help to (1) manually upload pdf files to a "hidden" page on my website of the different pdfs of bingo books which can only be access via a link and (2) Then, like my competitor has done, integrated these links with Send Owl or another similar program which integrates with Shopify so that when an order is placed, it's all automated, sending out the next available book )in the correct seqince).

    Hi Danielle , are these PDFS, uniquely generated per customer or are these documents from a pool of PREMADE pdfs? So it's the access thats needs to be unique per customer not the documents?

    Are you flexible in terms of budget ? Is current budget placeholder or real budget ? Such automation would actually result in much more budget than what is posted here.

    Please confirm and that will help more experienced freelancers to submit right proposals.
