I need to re-design my current website

General information for the website: Investment firm
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Num. of web pages/modules: 12
Description of every page/module: The Home page must really stand out and describe what we offer,
Description of requirements/features: the site will need to have two contact forms

The new site needs to be Mobile friendly.
The site needs to have a blog - which is easy to update.
Looking for new site to look clean and profesional
Developer must provide all stock images for the site, they pictures used will need to look modern and profesional
