I need someone to help me set up a beauty blog from scratch. Build only

Hi there.

I need someone to help/advise me on how to set up blog for fashion/beauty/health/fitness. I want it to have a slight magazine style theme to it.

I want to design my own header/title for the blog and need to know if it is possible to upload or add this to a theme purchased?

I've purchased a .co.uk domain name and would like this to be the web address for the blog. Is this possible? For example - beauty.co.uk rather than beauty@wordpress.org

Once the template is set up, I will need instructions on how I can upload my content and navigate around the blog.
