I need someone to copy a custom Feature/plugin that was coded on our website theme

I have a theme that is running currently on a website and it has a booking feature/plugin that was coded into the theme. The feature is not a plugin that you can install or uninstall, it is functionality that was coded in the theme files.

I want to have this feature on the different theme. This will need to be done in a way that all the features will work in our preferences. We will need the functionalities fine tuned and some added especially on the back end.

Its something straight forward.

Please let me know if you can. Only experienced developers.
