I need a website, possibly ecommerce integrated - magento

I have a magento template i want to use for an automotive website, basically it needs to be manipulated to suit my needs.
i can provide pictures/photos and information once i know how the layout will be
- i will want to integrate e-commerce - will need to discuss options - i can provide menu and sub menu titles and a few products, would update the inventory myself once a few products are on
- integrate ebay/amazon accounts with website
- implement a simple database/API for vehicle data look up such as - http://www.remappingsheffield.co.uk/vehicle-statistics/
- a forum such as phpbb
- i do most of my own graphics and already have company logos etc and a colour scheme in mind
- SEO
- send or recieve feeds from social media such as facebook/twitter
- part number/price request page for quotes on car parts - i may also need a simple app that des the same thing on the website, for ios and android where customers can provide a part number or name of part they require based on registration of vehicle (API?) or make and model, this data is then emailed to a mailbox and a confirmation of mail sent page is presented. once they are happy with the quote, they can pay via paypal or credit card (i dont have merchant facility yet but should have it in place in 5 working days approx) and purchase the item

I can also provide text once pages and categories are in place, also pictures etc
