I need a professional website design

General information for the website: This is a business to business website enabling tech companies to be 'found' and any company to find a 'tech' company keyword and faceted searches. The initial development for the search has already been carried out by Strathclyde University. The technologies used are MySql, Elastic Search, Haystack, Django and Python
Description of requirements/features: Membership Registration and maintenance
Using the existing keyword and faceted searches ,and presenting them in the most usable manner for clients
Payment options
Site Maintenance
Maintenance if the data via Django interface
Specific technologies required: mysql, elasticsearch, haystack, django, python, UX design, membership sites, commercial / payment methods
