I need a developer to work on my dashboard sms and email marketing tools

General information for the website: sms script and email marketing
Description of requirements/features:Need you to include an already coded SMS and EMAIL
Marketing tool in to my existing dashboard.
Let them be only accessible via this dashboard (main)
need to hide some tabs in the sms tabs.
1.) List Referrals
2.) My Affiliate Page

I need you to also hide references of this 2 on the statistics

Need you to check the paypal and 2checkout payment gateways to make them work
properly.

Make sure that the personal settings of profile does not affect but compliments
the main dashboard personal settings (do not want them to be changing anything
that will affect the main dashboard personal settings)

I need you to look at the admins of this two and make sure you add them into
the admin side of the main dashboard.
I need you to look into the header of the SMS dashboard, pls do not include
the helpdesk of that SMS DASHBOARD do not need it has main dashboard has this.
All features that seems to be a duplicate or replicate with the main dashboard should not
be repeated.

Please the admin should work properly from the admin dashboard of the main tool.

Please note that the login/logout/signup from the main website should work well with both the email and sms
so people can only access the sms and email tools only via login/signup from our main dashboard
